1. Order Processing & Shipping

   • All products are made to order to ensure freshness and quality.

   • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

   • Shipping times vary by location and carrier; tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

2. Product Quality & Variations

   • Each product is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect product performance.

   • Our formulations are designed for external use only. Always perform a patch test before full use.

3. Returns & Exchanges

   • Due to the nature of our products, body scrubs, butters, and skincare items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.

   • Lingerie items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the tags are attached and the item is unworn and in original condition.

   • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made on our part.
