Yes! Every body scrub is made to order to ensure freshness, quality, and a luxurious feel.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Absolutely — all orders arrive beautifully packaged in your choice of pink or white box, perfect for gifting or display.

Can I choose which color box I receive?

Yes. You may select your preferred box color at checkout. If not specified, we’ll choose one that best complements your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, but international options will be added soon.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@beunforgettableluxury.com within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll promptly send a replacement.

Do you accept returns on body scrubs?

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our scrubs, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll always make it right.

How can I return lingerie or loungewear?

You may return eligible items (with tags attached, unworn, within 7 days) for a full refund once approved and RMA issued. Please email us first for return instructions.
