Are your scrubs, creams and oils made fresh?
Yes. Every body scrub, cream and oil is made to order to ensure freshness, quality, and a luxurious feel.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes — all orders arrive beautifully packaged in your choice of signature pink or white box, perfect for gifting or display.
Can I choose which color box I receive?
Yes. You may record your preferred box color at checkout in the notes. If not specified, we’ll choose one that best complements your order. We'll make every effort to accommodate your request - if we're unable to, we'll inform you via email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, but international options will be added soon.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@beunforgettableluxury.com within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll promptly address the situation.
Do you accept returns on body products?
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our scrubs, creams and oils, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please email hello@beunforgettableluxury.com within 48 hours with photos if applicable, and we’ll promptly address the situation.
How can I return lingerie or loungewear?
You may return eligible items (with tags attached, unworn, within 7 days) for a full refund once approved and RMA issued. Please email us first at hello@beunforgettableluxury.com for return instructions.
