Each order is nestled in crinkle paper with a thank-you card and optional wooden spoon for easy application.

Orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on destination and size.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Be Unforgettable Luxury is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our body scrubs and skincare products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items due to hygiene and safety regulations.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@unforgettableluxury.com with photos, and we’ll address the situation.

For lingerie and loungewear, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if:

Tags remain attached
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
A return authorization has been issued via email

Refunds are processed to your original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

Final Sale items, custom pieces, and undergarments without tags are non-returnable.
